Stefan Koetsier is supply chain manager. He shares the secret behind our high seed quality. How does his department achieve this?

After completing her education in biodynamic agriculture, Aafke spent years working for various companies at home and abroad. Until four years ago, when she saw a vacancy at De Bolster.
“I have come to realize even more how important organic agriculture is, especially for biodiversity.”
As an assistant team leader of the Production team, Cindy Berends spends most of her day outside in the fields – something she thoroughly enjoys.
